flame lamination
The flame lamination is a process, such as textiles, joining foams and foils. The foam by means of a gas flame (approx. 1000 ° C) on the surface is melted down to and associated with 1 or 2 other materials to a laminate.
The advantage of the flame lamination is the high speed (up to 60 m / min). The standard width of the machine is 2 m. (Special widths upon request).
